Welcome to the Huahine Dream Tours website. We thank you for your interest in our excursions. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your adventure with us.
1. Reservations and Payments
- Reservation: Reservations must be made by email, WhatsApp or Messenger. Reservations are confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.
- Payment: Payment is made exclusively in cash in Pacific Francs (FCP) on the day of the excursion. We do not accept payments by credit card or other forms of electronic payment.
2. Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellation by the Customer: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellation by Huahine Dream Tours: We reserve the right to cancel or modify an excursion due to adverse weather conditions, swell, wind, or if the minimum number of 4 passengers is not reached. In this case, we will try to redirect you to other available excursions or offer you a full refund.
3. Conditions of Participation
- Number of Passengers: Each excursion can accommodate a maximum of 8 passengers. Shared excursions require a minimum of 4 passengers to be confirmed.
- Equipment: We provide snorkeling equipment (masks and snorkels). We recommend that participants bring water, a towel, sunscreen, beach shoes and a hat.
4. Liability
- Safety: The safety of our passengers is our priority. We are committed to providing a safe environment and complying with all maritime safety regulations.
- Insurance: Our boat is fully insured to cover accidents occurring to a passenger during the excursion. However, it is recommended that passengers have their own travel insurance.
5. Personal Data
- Confidentiality: Personal information provided when booking will be used solely for the purposes of the excursion and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- Use of Images and Comments: Huahine Dream Tours reserves the right to use images and comments shared by customers for promotional purposes, unless customers expressly state that they do not wish to do so.
